JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Learned Counsel for the petitioner has brought to my notice an order, dated 14.12.2017, passed in CWJC No. 17963 of 2017, to submit that the petitioner's case is identical to the case of the petitioner, Bivuti Kumar, of that case. He submits that similar direction, as made by order, dated 14.12.2017, passed in CWJC No. 17963of 2017, be issued in the case of the petitioner also.

This application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and publish the result if the petitioner is entitled

Patna High Court CWJC No.18052 of 2017(2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 for the same.

It is also made clear that if the University is of the view that the petitioner's result cannot be published for any valid reason, respondent no. 4 will be required to pass a speaking reasoned order, which must be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
