====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73535 of 2018 to the extent of correction in operative part of the aforesaid order and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the operative part of the aforesaid order dated 14.02.2020, satisfaction of learned court below has wrongly been typed as 'Additional Sessions Judge II, cum Special Judge Excise Act Siwan' instead of 'Special Judge, Excise, Patna City, Patna'. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the satisfaction of learned court below in the aforesaid order be read as 'Special

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75740 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 Judge, Excise, Patna City, Patna' in place of 'Additional Sessions Judge II, cum Special Judge Excise Act Siwan' and further six weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bailbond. This amount may be utilized by the Civil Court concerned in purchase of furniture and beautification of the court premises.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73535 of 2018 is modified to the above extent only.
