Petitioner, already in custody since 22.3.2018, seeks bail in Hilsa PS Case No. 127 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the police apprehended one Shailesh Kumar with some forged challan of sand and he disclosed that copy of the challan was being generated from the computer of the shop of petitioner.

Submission is that no forged challan was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, he has been implicated only on the basis of confessional statement given before the police and Shailesh Kumar, from whose possession forged challan was recovered, has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 34787 of 2018 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Manoj Kumar @ Shailesh Kumar @ Shailesh is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34452 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa PS Case No. 127 of 2018.
