Earlier the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 18.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36757 of 2017 with direction that she will surrender within a period of four weeks, however the present application has been filed stating that she had gone to Gauhati and stayed there for long so she could not appear due to inadvertence circumstance and now she is ready to appear, if one more chance is granted to her. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that she had been granted bail vide order dated 18.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36757 of 2017 and now the petitioner has filed this application for modification of order dated 18.8.2017 and that clearly shows how much respect she has for the direction of the Court. In such

No.59728 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed by this Court, however, the petitioner shall appear before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below and also the fact that she had been earlier granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court and he shall dispose of the application of the petitioner.
