11-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioners in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 101/2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153(A), 295(A), 379 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners. It is alleged that the petitioners were participants in the procession which had started setting
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34249 of 2018 (2) dt.11-06-2018 the shops of the localities on fire. It is submitted that for the same occurrence some other F.I.Rs. were also lodged by different Magistrates who were maintaining law and order in the locality.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 101/2018.
