The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 435 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is land dispute between the parties for which earlier Hathua P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 was registered in which person from the petitioner side sustained injuries as is evident from Annexures 2 and 3. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63097 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
