2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 324, 341 , 379, 354(A), 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when wife of informant and sons

No.77863 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/3 of informant were on road , in the meantime , all the F.I.R., named accused persons abused and assaulted them due to which they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that accused persons threatened family members of informant with dire consequences. It is lastly alleged that this petitioner and others snatched gold chain from informant sides.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties are co-villagers and due petty dispute a quarrel took place in which informant and other sustained injuries. Injuries caused by accused persons are simple in nature . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedents of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM VI Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. case No.
