The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that the accused persons on the occasion of "Holi" were firing indiscriminately and when they saw the one Karan Kumar and their family members, who were taking blessings by putting ABIR on the legs this petitioner opened fire, injuring him. Considering the kind of allegation that has come in the FIR against the petitioner certainly it is not a fit case that extended the relief of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the bail
