The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No.33/2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 14.08.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62902 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No.33/2019, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- at District Legal Services Authority, Gaya.
