Petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 66 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 6.4.2018 in connection with seizure of 180 liters of Nepali wine..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.36744 of 2018(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 antecedent and he is in custody since 6.4.2018 and now he has completed three months custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with G.O. Case No. 66 of 2018.
