JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 453 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case co-accused, from whose possession the liquor was recovered, has been granted bail vide order dated 29.03.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 18084 of 2018.

On the ground of parity, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise Case No. 453 of 2017.
