Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners is in custody since 24.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No. 21 of/19-20, arising out of Excise Case No. 620/2019.
