JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.87 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2018. He further submits that the petitioner is a lady and she deserves consideration for bail. Considering the fact that the petitioner, who is a lady, has remained in custody for one and half months and also the fact that she has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions
