2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 dated 10.01.2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned APP opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

3. The name of the petitioner being mentioned in the FIR wherein it is alleged that the petitioner Umesh Kumar had planned the murder and reccied the place. It is seen that the murder has taken place in an open site by crushing him with a vehicle. It is also seen that the deceased was the witness in an earlier case.

4. Taking into consideration the grievous nature of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.

5. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
