2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 23(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 111(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, 99.100 Kg. of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is the liner. He is in custody since 26.05.2025.

5. Considering the huge recovery and the involvement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71258 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 of the petitioner in the crime, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for the present.
