The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 334 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the simple injuries caused to the informant and one Md. Shakil, the petitioner, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 334 of 2017, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today subject to the
