The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 480 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 64088 of 2019 vide order dated 17.10.2019. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.62965 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 480 of 2019.
