2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 447, 354, 504, 506, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners along with other accused persons came at the door of the informant and started assaulting them. The accused persons also tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. A land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70586 of 2023(2) dt.06-11-2023 2/2 dispute in going on between the parties due to which the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that no specific of assaulting attributed to the petitioners rather general and omnibus allegation leveled against them. According to injury report vide Annexure-P/4, the injuries sustained by injured persons are simple in nature. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 28.6.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioners, this court is inclined to enlarge them on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection withThawe P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj.
