Petitioner is in jail custody for more than seven years and the trial of the petitioner is pending on the argument stage. It would appear from the report of learned trial court that a Bench of this Court had stayed the pronouncement of judgment in Session trial no. 454 of 2010 vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31457 of 2017.

However, the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous no. 31457 of 2017 has already been dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, it is obvious that there is no hurdle before the trial court to pronounce the judgment in Session trial no. 454 of 2010.
