Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the First Information Report has been registered. Learned counsel, however ,submits that after lodging of the F.I.R., till date no police report has been submitted in the learned court below.
Mr. Saroj Kumar Sharma, learned AC to AAG-III submits that in this case the dispute is in the nature of a family dispute. It is, however, admitted at the bar that the police has not submitted it's final report in the court below. In the aforementioned circumstances, this writ
