Hence, this appeal filed against refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No.259 of 2019, arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2019, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail which shall be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
