2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia) P.S. Case No. 577 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. was registered against two persons for the murder of the deceased.

4. Subsequently during investigation, the petitioner and others have been named who were seen carrying the dead body.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
