JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.3.2018. The name of the petitioner figured on the disclosure of the driver of the vehicle wherefrom the liquor was seized. He further submits that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and he was not aware that foreign liquor was loaded in his vehicle.
