Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2018. Petitioner is accused in two more criminal cases of identical nature.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kurlikot Police Station Case No. 34 of 2017, subject to the
