The present Cr. Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. bearing Chakand P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 dated 30.01.2022 lodged under Sections 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30(a)(c)(D) (F)/32/33/36/44/47/56(D) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2018 & 8/20(b)(ii)(c)/25/35 of N.D.P.S. Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Cr. Writ

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1525 of 2022(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 Petition.

Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner is neither informant nor accused in this case, rather the petitioner is the wife of accused Shahnawaz Alam and seeks permission for quashing of criminal case lodged under Sections Bihar Excise Amendment Act and N.D.P.S. Act.

Accordingly, the present Cr. Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
