The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the Circle Officer, Jagdishpur, who in his written complaint addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Jagdishpur, Bhagalpur, has stated that on the basis of seizure list dated 17.02.2018 by which recovery of two volumes of revenue receipts were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Same was verified and it was found that all the revenue receipts were forged and fake and on such allegation FIR was registered against the petitioner.

No.39847 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that signature of the accused person was not obtained on the seizure list and no copy of the seizure list has been handed over to him. Petitioner was remanded on 13.03.2018, and since then he is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018.
