The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No. 371 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's daughter who happens to be the daughter-in-law of the petitioner, is alleged to have been killed by the family members of her in-laws house on account of family dispute.

Submission is that marriage of the deceased was solemnised ten years back and petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and only on previous fateful day, there was some quarrel in between the wife and husband and mother-in-law of the deceased has been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8342 of 2018 and brother-in-law has been admitted to regular bail by this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39510 of 2018(2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10521 of 2018 and there is no direct accusation against this petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Devendra Prasad @ Loha Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 371 of 2017.
