The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2018 in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 37 (A) (B) ( C) (i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in this case since 07.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months. Let, the petitioner named
