Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 32 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 47(A)(F) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered articles. During investigation, no material has come against this petitioner suggesting involvement in the alleged crime. Petitioner has no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Excise Case No. 32 of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
