2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 384 of the Indian Penal Code under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner.

5. In view of the fact as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present.
