JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 58 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that this petitioner kidnapped the informant's daughter, later on, she was recovered from the house of the informant's uncle thereafter recovery, her parents married her with another person and even after marriage, petitioner again kidnapped the girl and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. , she has supported the allegation against the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
