====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has filed the present Cr. Writ Petition seeking direction from the Court that proper and fair investigation may takes place in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020 lodged under Sections 302, 307, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act and also to command respondent authorities particularly respondent no.4 to 6 restraining from taking adverse action against the petitioner as well as implicating him in the alleged occurrence in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020 without any

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.14 of 2023(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 solid reason.

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to refer this case with liberty to represent himself before the Superintendent of Police, Patna in the light of Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar and others vide order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases.

Permission granted.

In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a representation before Superintendent of Police, Patna in the light of order passed in the case of Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar and others decided on 09.09.2022 in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases within four weeks' from the date of passing of this order.

The Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to take necessary steps for completion of fair investigation at the earliest.

With the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Writ Petition is hereby disposed off.
