2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No.353 of 2023, lodged under Sections 25(1A)/ 25(1-AA)/ 26(II)(III)/ 25(1-b)a/ 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23864 of 2024.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the bail application has been rejected in the month of April, 2024 and one year is going to lapse and no progress has come in the trial. As such, the petitioner seeks permission to release the petitioner on bail.

5. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that report has been called for. From the report, it transpires that the present case has been committed to the Sessions Court for further action after taking cognizance.

6. From the seizure list, it transpires that the arms factory materials are recovered from the possession and house of the petitioner.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to granted bail to the petitioner, therefore the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

8. In this background, it is directed to the Superintendent of Police, Munger to do needful so that trial may be concluded at the earliest. He is also directed to instruct the S.H.O. as well as to the I.O. of this case to produce the prosecution witness well within time and all witnesses are directed to be produced before the Court within 3 months counting from the date of production of order.

9. Registry is directed to communicate this order forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Munger Registry is further directed to hand over a copy of this order to learned A.P.P. who shall communicate this order to the Superintendent

10. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
