2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 480 of 2024 arising out of Pranpur P. S. Case No. 63 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner killed his wife with sharp cutting weapons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and committed no offence. As a matter of fact there were quarrel in the family and out of anger, the deceased committed suicide. Charges have already been framed in the case and out of seven charge-sheet witnesses, only one witness has been examined till date. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge IV, Katihar in connection with S.T. No. 480 of 2024 arising out of Pranpur P. S. Case No. 63 of 2024.
