JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 17.28 litres of foreign liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
