127/2004 has been cancelled and also the order dated 23.12.2022 in Arms Appeal No. 79/2022 passed by learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.15922 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 Commissioner, Saran at Chapra has dismissed the appeal and confirmed the order passed by the learned District Magistrate, Siwan and further directed to the respondent authorities after setting aside both orders respondent be directed to restored the License of the petitioner i.e. Rifle Licence No. 127/2004."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the liberty already granted to the petitioner to file fresh appeal, vide order dated 23.12.2022, passed by the Commissioner, Saran Division, Saran in Arms Appeal Case No. 79 of 2022, the petitioner be permitted to file a fresh appeal. Permission, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
