2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is husband of the deceased who died during treatment. Petitioner is in custody since 14.8.2021 and till date only one witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation, period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged
