JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2018 on the allegation that from his pocket 1.8 litres of country made liquor was seized and he was found in drunken condition.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 24.02.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
