The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 dated 20.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 306 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the petitioner committed suicide after she had a fight with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cordial relationship between the petitioner and his wife (deceased) is evident from the fact that even the parents of the petitioner categorically told the informant that because of a fight between the spouses, the deceased had committed suicide. There is no other allegation of torturing the deceased during her

There is no other evidence also, it has been argued, which would bring the case within the mischief of Section 107 of the IPC.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2018. For the aforestated facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Hilsa Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018.
