2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he hatched a conspiracy of fake kidnapping by creating a fabricated story with the aim of extorting Rs. 5 lakhs.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent. It is further submitted that the informant illegally demanded money from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71876 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 the petitioner's family and the petitioner and his family denied as a result, to save himself from the case the informant falsely implicated the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.06.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 470 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran.
