The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 272/273 IPC and 30(a) and 38 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 28.5.2018 for seizure of 30.52 liters of liquor.
