2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 968 of 2023 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 1362 of 2022 registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 326 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the son of the informant was killed by the accused persons including the petitioner who has called him out of his house and the petitioner is also named in the FIR.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the murder of the deceased, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72808 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
