Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the fact of present case is identical to the fact of C.W.J.C. No. 1534 of 2018 (Ashutosh Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar & ors.) and its analogues cases, and the aforesaid judgment and order squarely covers the issue involved in the present case.
In such view of the matter, concerned authority is directed
Patna High Court CWJC No.18084 of 2017 (3) dt.14-08-2018 2 /2 to examine the case of the petitioners and if it is found that present case is squarely covered by the aforesaid cases, the same benefit should also be extended to the present petitioners. This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of this case.
With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
