Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.Case No. 282 of 2017, registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1B)A/26/35 of Arms Act. Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14768 of 2018, which was dismissed on 10.04.2018 with liberty to petitioner to move this court for regular bail after period of six months of his custody.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Akhilesh Singh is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39349 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.Case No. 282 of 2017.
