Petitioner has withdrawn his bail application vide order dated 18.10.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.58026 of 2021 which reads as follows:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and to seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law." The petitioner without surrendering before the learned court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2244 of 2023(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 below, chose to file a new anticipatory bail application. Considering that earlier, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn by himself, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
