JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 899-C of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 406,504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of D.P. Act. As per complaint petition, petitioners are said to have father-in-law and mother-in-law complainant and there is allegation of demand and torture.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegations are general in nature and no specific allegation has been attributed against any of them.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No.-899-C of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
