1. At the outset the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the description of the respondent no.3. Permission so sought is granted. Let the needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the respondent no.3, the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal

Patna High Court CWJC No.15789 of 2023(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 Corporation, Samastipur, to dispose off the Encroachment Case by removing the encroachment made by the Private Respondents No.6 and 7 from Aam Rasta (Road) appertaining to Mauza Chaklokman, Thana No.71, Khesra No.827 encroached area-136 sq. Kari and 104 Kari due to the reason of encroachment Aam Rasta (Road) blocked pursuant to the order dated 21.03.2023 passed by the Respondent no.5."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, DistrictSamastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
