2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the date of custody in the petition.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihiyan P.S. Case No. 219 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner allured and kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.

8. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara/ concerned Court in connection with Bihiyan P.S.
