The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2018 in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No.200 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific overt act has been attributed to the present petitioner, rather it is against Govind Kumar and Gautam Kumar. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that save and except one criminal case, there is no other case against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of
