Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haweli Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 353 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 328, 498A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
